Twenty year anniversary ….. It has been twenty years since the idea arose in the family to build something for the community in Zambia. The people for whom and with whom Johannes Bouma worked.

A nice opportunity to meet each other
‘De tiid hald gjin skoft’ they say in Friesland, but this is exactly what we want to do, and take a moment to reflect on this. The Bouma family (Lenis) comes from the Huniadyk, about 4 km from Reahûs. There is no better place to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of BouwenmetBoumas than in Reahûs. During the church service, starting at 09.30, we will reflect on the anniversary, and afterwards we will gather in the village hall, Café De Ree next to the church.
For all friends, family and acquaintances around BmB it is also a nice opportunity to see and talk to each other again.
New paths, new sponsors
In addition of supporting construction projects, BmB has taken a secondary path. We are help local entrepreneurs, if they have a good business plan, to finance their operation.
There will be a church collction for two small compagnies.
