Bouwen met Bouma’s records data such as name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other data that are necessary for the implementation of the donorship or the processing of a one-off gift. We only provide your data to parties that perform services for our foundation, such as printers for printing labels and banks for processing direct debits, and only those data that are necessary for the relevant processing. All information entrusted to us is treated confidentially by us and by our suppliers. The board has decided that entering into a processing agreement for the numbers that we have printed is a too heavy means. It is expected that processors will not deal with small customers like us if they also have the extensive administrative burden of entering into a formal agreement. The board is convinced that the reputable parties with whom we collaborate handle the files supplied to them with care.

Your email address is only used to send information concerning our foundation such as newsletters about started and completed projects. Your data will only be used for the purposes for which it was obtained.
